This bracelet was designed for a special warrior, Natalie Poli. Through her platform "STROKE of insight," and as the senior patient advisor for the PICS Society, Natalie advocates for patients born with congenital heart disease. "Being born with a congenital heart defect that went undetected lead to me having a stroke at the age of 29. After a minimally invasive procedure to close the two holes and atrial septum aneurysm in my heart, I have lived to advocate for a cause so near and dear to my "heart." I hope you will join me!"
